Our Green Teas are harvested in the spring when the taste characteristics are most pronounced and the quality highest. Drinking a high-quality green tea should engage and delight the senses. When brewed properly, our green tea is a real luxury. More than any other tea, these offer a freshness, a range of tastes and an uplifting energy not typically found in other teas.

Green tea undergoes the least elaborate processing as they are referred to as "nonfermented" teas. The freshly picked leaves are dried and then heat treated to stop any oxidation. In the manufacture of China's finest teas, traditional hand making methods are often still used.
